1. Scope of the service
Legndary currently provides market intelligence around trading card products. Signal collects and presents information such as product names, shop domains, prices, stock status, observed availability and scan times. Legndary is not currently a direct trading card shop and does not sell, ship or store products directly unless a page explicitly states otherwise.
2. External listings
Signal may link to external shops. Those shops are independent third parties. If you decide to buy from an external shop, your purchase, payment, shipping, return rights and customer support are governed by that shop's own terms and policies.
3. Data accuracy
We aim to make Signal useful and accurate, but scanned data can become stale or contain errors. Prices, availability and product matches are informational only and should be checked on the external shop before making any decision.
4. Alerts
Price alerts are convenience features. An alert does not guarantee that a product is still available, that a price remains unchanged, or that a shop will accept an order.
5. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure. Account features may include saved alerts and profile information. We may restrict access if the service is abused or used in a way that harms reliability.
6. No financial advice
Legndary does not provide financial, investment or resale advice. Market signals, stock information and price movement are informational.
